Weekend viewings of vacant properties as opposed to during business hours viewings which helps maximise rent return as we provide potential tenants the best opportunity to view our vacant properties outside of normal business hours.

Comprehensive check on all potential applicants including National Tenancy Database checks.

All reporting of inspections is done electronically and we offer you emailed images for every inspection.

Swift action response process for tenants who are late in the payment of rent.

We provide you with online access to your property so at any time you can see your tenant’s paid to date, monthly property statements and inspection reports.
