Dean and his team helped us managing our property after we moved to Melbourne, and so far I am happy with the service they offer. Monthly income report and annual rent report are all in time, and inspection reports are very detailed. They helped arranging a few maintenance and are really helpful. Their ratings are very attractive as well. Before I bought my place I have been renting from them as well. As long as you keep the property clean and up to their standard, you get all your deposit back. So very happy customer so far, keep it up guys!
